Free Pick-Up (Australia Only)
Kuuki Cafe Sunshine:
Orders can be picked up for free at Kuuki Cafe Sunshine, located at Shop 4/254 Hampshire Rd, Sunshine VIC 3020.
Orders can be picked up within Kuuki trading hours:
- Tuesday-Friday: 8am - 3pm
- Weekends: 9:30am - 3:30pm
- Public Holidays: Please check Kuuki instagram for updates
Say Cheese Footscray:
Orders can be picked up for free at Say Cheese Footscray, located at 6/119 Hopkins St, Footscray VIC 3011.
Orders can be picked up within Say Cheese trading hours:
- Tuesday-Friday: 9am - 3pm
- Weekends: 9am - 4pm
- Public Holidays: Please check Say Cheese instagram for updates
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Express Shipping:
- 0kg–0.5kg: 1 to 4 business days, $15.00 AUD
- 0.5kg and up: 1 to 4 business days, $20.00 AUD
- Unique items may include additional shipping fees. Please see product descriptions for more information
Standard Shipping:
- Orders at $60 and up: Free, 2 to 8 business days
- Orders under $60: 2 to 8 business days, $12.00 AUD

International Shipping (New Zealand)
Standard International Shipping:
- 0kg–2kg: 6 to 27 business days, $35.00 AUD
- 2kg and up: 6 to 27 business days, $50.00 AUD

For international shipments to New Zealand, we offer Standard International shipping. The shipping rates are based on the weight of your order, and transit times may vary accordingly.
