- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before shipping. If the item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to the original payment method.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once the returned item is received and inspected.

Custom or Personalised Products: Products that have been customised or personalised according to your specifications are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
Teef Club Gift Cards: Teef Club Gift cards, once purchased, are non-refundable.
Event Ticket Purchases: Digital event ticket purchases, for events including workshops and live events are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product received, damaged or defective item).
4. Timeframe
Refunds will typically be processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund, which can vary.
