Drop off your items at Say Cheese in Footscray.

Choose cash or store credit in exchange for your items.
1. Shoot
Gather your items and take a photo of each item you'd like to sell.
Remember, items must be cat-themed and in resalable condition.
Tips:
- Clean your items before shooting, removing any dust or dirt.
- Take photos in good lighting so we can see exactly what the item is
- Take a photo of the whole item, not part of it
2. Submit
Complete the item submission form. You can submit up to 3 items using the form. If you need to submit more items, please contact us at info@teefclub.com.
We’ll review your items, and then send you a notification along with next steps to drop off them off. You can expect to hear back from us within 48 hours.
3. Drop Off
Once we’ve assessed your items, we'll email you with instructions to drop them off so that we can take a closer look.
We choose items based on quality, condition, trends, and what has historically been popular among our audience.
4. Get Paid
Choose to claim 30% of the resale price in cash, or 50% of the resale price in store credit for your items.

What items do you look for?
We are looking for cat-themed items for cat people. These include:
- Stationery
- Stickers
- Magnets
- Homewares
- Home decor
- Clothes
- Accessories, bags and hats
- Trinkets
- Drinkware
- Books
- Candles
- Video games and board games
We give precedence to items made by artists, designers, makers and creatives.
Please note items need to be in their whole form, meaning we do not accept items with missing pieces or parts.

What items are not accepted?
Items that are mass produced or consider fast-fashion/fast-homewares will not be accepted. These items are generally made without intention or care for our environment.
We also do not accept items that are clearly soiled or damaged, faulty, or missing pieces or parts. We want to guarantee our customers can shop great quality pieces every time.
What is the condition criteria?
Your items will be categorised accordingly. The conditions of your items are factored into how we price them.
- Brand New - Never used and no damage
- Excellent - Used once, and no signs of damage
- Great - Used many times, no signs of damage
- Fair - Used many times, slight wear and tear
- Poor - Well loved, obvious wear and tear
Items deemed to be in poor condition may not be accepted.
How much will I get paid?
Once we've assessed your items closely, we will offer you a percentage of the resale price.
If you choose to receive payment in cash, you will receive 30% of the item's resale value.
If you choose to receive payment in the form of a Teef Club store credit, we will offer you 50% of the item's resale value.
You are welcome to reject offers at this point and take your items back.
How do you price items?
Teef Club prices items based on various factors. These include:
- The current and past prices of similar items we stock
- The current and past prices of similar items available online
- Current stock levels
- The turnover rate of similar items
- Availability of similar items online
- Condition of your items
- Current and predicted trends
What if I change my mind?
All sales are final once we have completed the cash transfer (electronic or paper-based), or provided the seller a store credit.
If you change your mind, please do so before we any transactions have been finalised.
