Cherry’s Illustrations is the vibrant, heartfelt world of Cherry whose journey began with doodles in textbooks and blossomed into a thriving solo art business.

Growing up in conservative Hong Kong, Cherry didn’t know she was neurodivergent, but her deep fixation on drawing became a creative outlet. From the early days of sketching every day and absorbing colour inspiration from her Nintendo DS, Cherry learned to embrace her uniqueness, building a visual style that is whimsical, authentic, and deeply personal.

With the unwavering support of her parents, Cherry developed unshakable confidence in her art. Today, she creates stationery and accessories that bring her original characters to life, navigating the business side of things as a true one-woman team.

Cherry has collaborated with large and small brands including a local strawberry café in Brisbane called Houbi Ichigo, Kinder World, a wellness mobile game, publishing colouring books with Penguin, as well as retailers such as Teef Club.

Her art celebrates individuality, community, and the joy of staying true to yourself - even when the world expects you to fit a mould.
